Open the event, choose your tickets and enter your name, email and phone number. You’ll see the organizer’s MTN MoMoPay or Airtel Money merchant code and the amount. Pay it from your phone, then type the transaction ID from your confirmation SMS. Your QR ticket appears straight away.

Yes. The organizer still has to confirm the money reached them, which they usually do quickly. Keep your ticket page and bring your ticket. If the organizer finds no payment with your transaction ID, the ticket is cancelled.

On your ticket page, the page you saw after paying. Use Save ticket to phone to keep a picture of it that opens without data, or Send to WhatsApp to keep the link in a chat. We don’t email tickets yet.

Send us a complaint with the phone number you paid from and the transaction ID from your SMS, and we’ll find your ticket and send you the link.

Check the transaction ID in your SMS and enter it again from your ticket page (you can retry once). If it’s still rejected, send us a complaint with your transaction ID and we’ll look into it with the organizer.

If the event is cancelled, the organizer must refund you in full within 14 days. If it’s postponed or moved and you can’t go, ask the organizer within 7 days of the change. There are no refunds for changing your mind unless the organizer allows it. See our Terms.

Yes: send them the ticket picture or link. Each QR code works only once, so whoever scans in first uses it.

Create an organizer account and confirm your email. Fill in your profile, add your MTN MoMoPay and/or Airtel Money merchant code, and send your details for verification. You can build events straight away; they go on sale once we’ve verified you.

Directly to your own merchant code, so the money reaches you at once. Each buyer enters their transaction ID; you confirm it in Payments (one by one, or by pasting your payment SMS messages).

3% of each ticket sold. Because buyers pay you directly, you pay our fee afterwards: each event’s fees are due 7 days after it ends. You pay them from your dashboard, to TKTFY's Airtel Money merchant code 7252592. Free events cost nothing.

Open your event’s Scan tickets page and point your phone at each QR code. To let your door crew help, use Share the scanner with your crew on that page: they open the link on their own phones, with no login. Crew can’t approve payments, and you can reset the link at any time.

Choose how long to promote your event, pay TKTFY and enter the transaction ID. Once we confirm the payment, your event appears in the home page spotlight for the days you chose.

Yes, from the bottom of your profile, once you owe no fees, none of your upcoming events has tickets sold, and every buyer payment is confirmed or rejected.
